Coaching Career Mentorship

Who this is for

You're new to coaching — or thinking about becoming a coach — and you want a real practice, not a side hustle. You don't have an MA, an LPCC, or years of clinical training. You don't necessarily need them. What you need is a path: clinical depth, business clarity, and a mentor who's actually built what you're trying to build.

Many of my mentees launch self-pay practices that clear $100K within their first year. Some have a degree. Some don't. What they share is the willingness to do the work — including the inner work of putting themselves in front of paying clients.

What we'll work on together

• Clinical and coaching skills — how to actually help people, not just sell sessions
• Niching — finding the people you're built to work with, instead of trying to be for everyone
• Marketing & first clients — content, referrals, and the practical mechanics of getting paid clients in the door
• Pricing — what to charge, how to talk about money, and how to raise rates without losing yourself
• Business basics — LLCs, contracts, payment systems, scheduling, and the back-end of a sustainable practice
• The inner game — imposter syndrome, visibility, and the mindset that lets you actually do this

The hard part isn't the credentials. It's being willing to charge what you're worth and tell the truth about what you do.

Format

• Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, 50 minutes each, via telehealth
• Includes business strategy, accountability, and ongoing mentorship between sessions on a defined cadence
• 3-month minimum commitment to start; most mentees stay 6–12 months
