There are some things you can only learn about yourself in the company of others. Group therapy is the space where the patterns that show up in your relationships — at work, with family, with partners — also show up in the room. That's the part that makes it powerful. You're not just talking about how you relate; you're relating, and getting honest feedback in real time, in a space designed to make that safe.
It's also more affordable than 1:1 work, and many people find that watching someone else do the work unlocks something in their own.
Groups vary by season and demand. Recent and upcoming offerings have included:
Groups open as cohorts fill. Reach out to be added to the waitlist for whichever fits.
The patterns that show up with others can only be worked through with others.
Most groups meet weekly via telehealth, so members can join from any of the four states I'm licensed in (CA, CO, NV, NC). Sizes are intentionally small — typically 6 to 8 people — so each member gets real attention, and the group has enough density to do real work together.
Every group starts with a brief individual screening call. It's not a gate to get past — it's there to make sure the group is the right fit for you, and that the group as a whole has the chemistry to do the work well.
A short call to talk about what's bringing you in and whether the group's the right fit — for you and for the group.
Most groups meet weekly for 6–12 weeks. Per-session rates are lower than 1:1; reach out for current pricing.
Out-of-network with superbills provided. Major cards, HSA / FSA, cash, and check accepted.
