I use an integrative and collaborative approach so that when you're facing life's most difficult challenges, you can be your most inspired and authentic self. We'll examine the self-limiting beliefs and behaviors that have shaped your life so far — not to assign blame, but to understand how you got here and what it'll take to move on.

Sessions are 50 minutes, in person in Boulder or San Clemente, or via telehealth across California, Colorado, Nevada, and North Carolina. We start where you are. From there, the work is steady, collaborative, and grounded — and the goal is for you to leave with both deeper understanding and practical tools you can use between sessions.

$220 per 50-minute session. Most clients meet weekly; cadence shifts as the work evolves.
Out-of-network with superbills provided. Major cards, HSA / FSA, cash, and check accepted.
